6. Be grateful! Show some love for your Realtor. A grateful client is easier to work with and gets more appreciation than a demanding client.

7. Be respectful! This is a business, and you are dealing with a professional. This behaviour is not encouraging a mutually healthy and beneficial business relationship.

8. Be dependable! When both the client and the agent have a relationship built on trust, nothing can stop them. It's only when we have clients who query us as to my skill or skill that the relationship becomes distant.
